The bargain $60 package includes hands-on cooking instruction in Isabel's kitchen, where you will create homemade corn sopes and tamales, marinated carnitas or grilled chicken, and an assortment of festive salsas. While waiting for the tamales to steam, enjoy some homemade sangria, or prepare delicious chipotle chocolate tamale dessert. And of course, what is a cooking class without a tasting?
